| How
to use your sunbed safely |
|
Sunbeds are perfectly safe if used in
moderation, gradually increasing the timings each day. Everybody's
skin and it's tolerance to to sunlight varies enormously depending
on several different factors. Skin type, previous history of sun
or sunbed exposure and medications are the main considerations.
If you have never used a sunbed before it can be difficult to judge
your own tolerance; we always recommend that you TAKE IT EASY for
the first 2-3 sessions until you know how your skin will react.
For most skin types the sunbed can be used every day but for people
with particularly sensitive skin, or for those who have not been
in the sun for some time, we recommend sessions every other day.
If in doubt ask your delivery personnel, they can give you any advice
you may need.
Please note: If you have been out in
the garden sunbathing, please treat this as a sunbed session: do
not use the sunbed that day. Goggles should be worn at all times.
